Refund Policy

1. Credit purchases

RoleRunner sells credit packs for application and setup AI tasks. Credits are delivered to the licence key connected to your confirmed purchase.

2. Crypto payments

USDC and other crypto payments are generally final once broadcast and confirmed. You are responsible for sending the correct asset, amount, network, and recipient address shown at checkout.

3. Refunds we generally do not provide

We do not provide refunds solely because:

• A job platform restricts, suspends, or bans your account
• A job platform changes its interface or application flow
• You do not receive interviews, replies, or job offers
• You changed your mind after credits were issued
• You sent funds using an unsupported network, token, wallet, or address

4. When we may provide a remedy

Where required by applicable law, or where we determine there was a genuine delivery failure on our side, we may provide a replacement licence key, credit correction, technical fix, or refund.

5. Failed or mistaken payments

If a supported payment was sent correctly but credits did not appear, contact support with the wallet address, transaction hash, payment network, and licence key if available. Unsupported or misdirected payments may not be recoverable.

6. Consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
