Terms of Use

1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of RoleRunner, a desktop software tool operated by Froand Mare LLC. By downloading, purchasing credits for, or using RoleRunner, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Risk Disclosure.

2. Software licence

RoleRunner is licensed, not sold. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to use the software for your own job application workflow, subject to these Terms and any credit limits that apply to your licence key.

3. Local-first desktop software

RoleRunner is a desktop app that runs through your own browser session. Job data, resumes, generated answers, cover letters, application records, and browser activity remain on your device by default.

4. Third-party platforms

RoleRunner is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or approved by SEEK or any job platform. Some platforms may restrict automation or assisted application workflows. You are responsible for reviewing and complying with any third-party terms, employer requirements, and laws that apply to your use.

5. Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of your resume, profile, work rights, salary expectations, answers, and submitted applications.
• You must not use RoleRunner to submit false, misleading, fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive applications.
• You are responsible for maintaining your own SEEK account security and browser session security.
• You should review application records and generated content where appropriate.

6. No employment guarantee

RoleRunner does not guarantee interviews, job offers, employer responses, ranking improvement, or application success. Fit scores and generated content are software outputs, not professional recruitment advice.

7. Not a recruiter or adviser

RoleRunner is not a recruiter, employment agency, migration adviser, legal adviser, financial adviser, or employer representative. The software helps prepare and complete application workflows; it does not represent you to employers beyond actions taken through your own account.

8. Credits and access

Credits are used for application and setup AI tasks as described on the site and in the app. We may update credit pricing, credit rules, or software functionality with reasonable notice where practical.

9. Payments

RoleRunner may accept USDC or other supported payment methods. You are responsible for using the correct network, wallet, payment address, and amount shown at checkout. Unsupported, mistaken, or misdirected payments may not be recoverable.

10. Availability and changes

The software is provided as available. Job platforms may change their interfaces, rules, login flows, anti-automation systems, or application forms at any time. Those changes may affect RoleRunner's functionality.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Froand Mare LLC is not responsible for account restrictions, platform enforcement, lost opportunities, inaccurate generated content, service interruptions, compatibility issues, or indirect losses arising from your use of the software.

12. Consumer rights

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.

13. Termination

We may suspend or revoke access if you breach these Terms, abuse the software, attempt to interfere with the service, or use RoleRunner for unlawful or fraudulent activity.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
